Former Vivian Girls drummer, Ali Koehler, and ex-Hole drummer, Patty Schemel, have announced they will be collaborating on new band Upset. Patty has recently come back into public consciousness after her documentary Hit So Hard, which detailed her life in 90s rock band Hole was released.
The two apparently met via Twitter and will be releasing their debut album, She’s Gone, on October 29 through New Jersey label Don Giovanni.
According to Pitchfork the album was recorded at Koehler’s home in LA by Kyle Gilbride of Swearin’.
